Shipping Policy

 

We use Australia Post & Aramex for domestic shipping and have negotiated a top tier discount to pass onto you. Costs will be updated live at checkout and is based on multiple factors including weight, the area the delivery is being made to, and the specific delivery companies current terms. Please choose the best delivery option for your area, and the price that suits you the best. 

 

We take pride in getting items out the door fast, often if an order is in before midday, we will make every effort to have it dispatched the same day. We work Monday to Friday, no items are dispatched on weekends. 

 

Delivery times will be estimated on checkout for Australia post, so you can have a fair idea of how long it will take. 

 

Some delays can't be helped, particularly during peak times and holiday periods. An email will be sent with your tracking number will be sent to the email you ordered with, the tracking details will be inside and will let you keep an eye on the movement of your parcel.

International shipping times vary based on location. We ship all parcels using Australia Post, ensuring your order is typically received within 14-30 business days for standard postage and 6-8 business days for express postage.

A parcel is deemed lost if it has not been received within 30 business days of dispatch. Australia Post will generally advise you if your parcel will be delayed or if it has potentially been lost, so we ask that you view their advice for more detailed updates.

 

Please contact us if you believe your parcel has been lost and we will let you know your options. A refund will not be given prior to 30 business days.
