DOMESTIC SHIPPING: TURNAROUND & PROCESSING TIMES
We strive to dispatch orders quickly:
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before midday are typically dispatched the same day.
- Working Days: We dispatch items Monday through Friday. No items are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- Estimations at Checkout: Delivery times for orders sent via Australia Post are estimated during the checkout process.
- Track Your Order: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: TURNAROUND & PROCESSING TIMES
For our international customers:
- Standard Postage: Typically received within 14-30 business days.
- Express Postage: Typically received within 6-8 business days.
- Customs and Duties: Be aware of potential delays due to customs, for which the recipient is responsible for any additional duties.
LOST PARCELS
30-Day Policy: A parcel is considered lost if not received within 30 business days from dispatch.
Communication: Australia Post will notify you of any delays or potential losses. Please refer to their updates for detailed information.
Resolution: Contact us at hello@foxyblondes.com.au if your parcel has not arrived within the designated timeframe. We will outline your options, and address refunds or replacements if applicable after the 30-day period.
SAME DAY DELIVERY BY RENDR
For salon professionals needing urgent delivery:
- Service Days: Available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Eligibility: Available to select postcodes within a 20 km radius. Check eligibility on our Same Day Delivery page.
- Order Deadline: Orders must be placed before 12 pm for same-day delivery.
- How It Works: Place your order by midday, choose Same Day Delivery at checkout if eligible, and receive your order within 3 hours. Orders placed after midday will be delivered the next business day.
