How to place an order for Same Day Delivery?

  1. Add products to your shopping bag.
  2. Proceed to the checkout and enter your customer information and address.
  3. If Same Day Delivery is available for the product you’ve chosen and is in stock at a local store, you’ll see the option for Same Day Delivery in the Delivery method section of the checkout.
  4. Finalise your payment.
  5. You’ll receive an email receipt after your order has been placed. Then the store will pack your order. You’ll receive another email notifying you that your order is ready for collection by our delivery partner.
  6. Once your order has been picked up — tracking will be provided in the email so you can see where your order is.

What areas are available for 3 hour delivery?

Delivery Timing and Availability

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by midday. Typically, it takes about 1 hour to prepare your order. Costs for same day delivery start from [amount] and vary depending on the delivery radius from selected locations. All costs are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that delivery schedules may be affected during public holidays, festive seasons such as Christmas and New Year, and other high-demand sale periods. Additionally, unforeseen events such as severe weather or power outages may lead to temporary business closures. During such instances, as well as during busy sales periods, order fulfilment may experience delays.

Orders are packed by Foxy Blonde and delivered by our partner Rendr. Rest assured, any orders placed during store closures or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day

Can my same day delivery order be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

The same day delivery couriers do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. 

We can ship your order to a PO box or Parcel Locker via our standard shipping option with Australia Post.

Can I see my tracking for the Same Day Delivery order?

You will receive communication from Rendr (our delivery partner) to ensure you are constantly updated with the order’s progress. You will be sent status updates via SMS and email from when the delivery is booked to when it’s collected and completed.  

You will receive a link to the Rendr Tracking Page, which informs you of additional events such as driver allocation, approaching pick-up and approaching drop-off.

Authority to Leave?

If you’re not home and completed an order with Same-Day Delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place at your residence with no signature required. However, if your order is over $300 and you’re not home to receive your parcel, it will be returned to the store, so please keep this in mind when you make an order.

How is Same Day delivery so fast?

Rendr is an on demand delivery service , once your order is packed your delivery driver will pick up the order and deliver to your door.

What time do I have to order for Same Day delivery?

First off, please do not throw anything out if the wrong order was delivered or you have an item missing.

If you need to cancel a same-day delivery order, please contact our customer service team by phone as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched and you reach us in time, we may be able to assist in cancelling the order.
